Refund policy

1. REFUND POLICY
1. Bookings are 100% refundable or reschedule-able based on availability if the weather conditions prevent the delivery to be made on the booking day.
1.2 Cancellations after a confirmed booking have a 10% cancellation fee.
1.3 There are no refunds for no-show bookings, for any reason.

2. AMENDMENT POLICY
2 Date Change – available within 2 hours of making the original booking – free of charge. Requests must be submitted in writing to hello@balifloatingcompany.com within 2 hours of making the original booking.
2.1 Please note: reservations office hours are 8am – 3pm daily. Requests outside of office hours will be responded to the following morning.
2.2 Requests must be submitted in writing to hello@balifloatingcompany.com
2.3 Date change requests more than 2 hours from online booking time are available, subject to availability at the latest 48-hours in advance of the booking delivery date.
2.4 Amendment requests must be submitted in writing with original booking confirmation attached to hello@balifloatingcompany.com by latest 8pm (Bali time) 48-hours in advance of your booking delivery time/date.
2.5 Failure to receive the delivery on the day of booking is considered a no show and 100% cancellation fee applies.

3. DELIVERY RESERVATIONS
3 Delivery reservations may be cancelled with no refund after 15 minutes past the delivery window if no one is at the villa to receive the delivery.
