⏰ The team will take 10-20 minutes to setup your floating basket and place it in the pool for you to enjoy.
 
📍please note we do not deliver floating breakfast to Uluwatu, Ubud, Sanur or Nusa Dua

😋 After setup you have 2 hours to enjoy your floating breakfast.

🛎️ After you are done, send us a message on whatsapp and we will come back for the basket! Otherwise we will come back after 2 hours.

👉 Please note that there is a 100K fee per hour for keeping the basket longer.

What can I add to the basket?
You can add as many of our food or beverage items to your order as you want!

How many baskets will I receive?
We will deliver and setup everything on 1 basket. The size of the basket will depend on the size of your order. If your order doesn't fit on our largest basket - we will bring multiple baskets.

What are your delivery windows? 
We do 1 hour delivery windows. Our first delivery window is 7am-8am and our last delivery is 7pm-8pm

When should I book? 
We take orders 1 hour before delivery window, but early bookings are encouraged as we do sell out.

Do you offer options for special dietary needs? 
Most of our menu items can be customized to suit vegetarian, vegan, halal, or gluten-free diets.
Please select your preferences with your order or write your request in the "note to kitchen" section.

What if its raining?
We offer 3 solutions:
1. Breakfast In Bed setup as an alternative
2. Reschedule your order for another day
3. Full refund.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations after a confirmed booking have a 10% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for no-show bookings, for any reason
