Frequently asked questions

When should I book?

At least 1 day before but we recommend booking earlier to guarantee your preferred setup window is reserved for you.

What is the best time to setup?

We recommend 1 hour before your party. Balloons last 2-3 hours depending on weather conditions. Hot sun and tropical wind may effect decor.

What happens if balloons pop?

We guarantee balloons for 2 hours after setup (excluding extreme weather). If they pop within this time, we’ll replace them. After that, we can’t guarantee setup.

What are floating letters made of?

They are made from foam which floats in the pool without sinking.

How long does pool flower setup take?

2-3 hours depending on the size of your pool

What happens after I'm done?

For balloon setups you can keep the decorations or give them back to us to recycle.

For pool flower setups we will come back to cleanup the same day.
