🎈 Balloon setup lasts about 3-4 hours. Please plan your surprise accordingly.
When should I book?
At least 1 day before but we recommend booking earlier to guarantee your preferred setup window is reserved for you.
What is the best time to setup?
We recommend 1 hour before your party. Helium balloons last 3-4 hours depending on the temperature inside.
Can setup be done before checkin?
Yes, we will need your villa manager number to coordinate entering the villa and pre-payment upfront. Please note, if we cannot enter the villa at the scheduled setup time your order may be cancelled without a refund.
What happens if balloons pop?
We guarantee balloons for 2 hours after setup. If they pop within this time, we’ll replace them. After that, we can’t guarantee setup.
What happens after I'm done?
You can keep the decorations or give them back to us to recycle.
What is your coverage area?
We can setup anywhere in Bali.
