Prompt responses and helped with such a quick turn around time. I was in Australia and couldn’t make a friends 40th. They prepared the cake and got it to the hotel she was staying at the same day. Cake met the brief perfectly! Was so happy with how it all turned out.
Our cake was delivered to our villa it was easy to order and was absolutely delicious and exactly what we ordered, would absolutely recommend 🎂

The service was outstanding, ordering online with the help of conversation through WhatsApp. From ordering to delivery, the help and availability was outstanding! And then to top off what was already a fantastic experience, the cake arrived and it was beautifully light and moist. Totally impressed and grateful thank you Bali Floating cakes
Highly recommend! The team was very prompt in responding to my queries prior to booking in the service, they showed up on time and set up super quickly, everything looked amazing! Very happy with the pool balloons and the Gluten Free cake we ordered was spot-on from my inspo pics and tasted delicious too!

Amazing service! I contacted Bali Floating Company very last minute to organise a birthday cake for my wife and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They had everything organised quickly, communication was excellent and the delivery arrived perfectly on time. Most importantly, the cake was absolutely delicious and was a huge hit with everyone.
